For a ceremony only, we can seat up to 200 guests. If you’re having your reception with us too, the riverbank building seats up to 70 guests. If you’d like a larger ceremony followed by a smaller, more intimate reception, just give Sue a call to talk through the numbers.
Our riverbank building has a large covered area that can be used as a wet-weather option for your ceremony as well as your reception. Sue can talk you through the options when you visit.
Yes. For wedding receptions, you’re welcome to arrange your own caterer to come onsite, and bring in your own drinks for guests. We also provide a large urn free of charge for tea and coffee.
Yes, you’re welcome to bring in drinks and nibbles for your guests for a ceremony-only booking.
Yes, there is parking available onsite at 1199 Perricoota Rd, Moama.
You have access to the gardens the day before your wedding for a rehearsal — usually an hour or two. Reception bookings also include access the day before for setup.
Ceremonies run between 2pm and 4pm. For a ceremony-only booking, guests depart by 6pm. For a ceremony & reception booking, the reception continues until 9.30pm.
A 10% deposit secures your date at the time of booking, with full payment due 1 month before your wedding day. Payments are made by direct deposit.
Paradise Gardens is available most of the year, but November/December and March/April are our most popular periods for weddings — we’d recommend getting in early if you have a particular date in mind.
